At noon, all the workers of Turner Ranch gathered around the long tables under the twenty large tents. Kids from Morgan’s kindergarten and their parents were also present as the celebrant sat at the center table with a red birthday hat on her head.
Instead of the usual fluffy dress that kids her age loved, Morgan was wearing an outfit that was identical to Iris’ – fitted black jeans, a beige shirt, a camel leather jacket, and a pair of black cowboy boots with unique double-stitched embroidery. This was Bella’s idea, and the mother-and-daughter duo loved it.
