IRIS The following morning, Iris woke up with a silly smile on her face. Reaching out to the other side of her bed, she giggled when she sensed the familiar warmth of Hunter’s body. They had stayed together the previous night, cuddling, and talking until she fell asleep in his arms. One might think that they had a passionate time. But for her, the cozy chitchat and laughter were enough to warm her heart. Though it may not be the case for the man, she was glad he had kept himself within the line.
