Julian pushed the door open and entered. His eyes fell on Diana, who was sitting behind the desk.
Diana had never met Julian before and was completely unfamiliar with him. His gaze, however, puzzled her.
Julian's gaze was too deep and sorrowful.
'Who is he?' she wondered. But whoever he was, it didn't seem to have anything to do with her.
Her indifference and calmness calmed Julian's emotions.
"Are you Kathy?" he asked hoarsely, his voice laced with uncertainty.
After all, Lena had disguised herself as Katherine to see him before, and there were still some differences in their features. The biggest difference, however, was the disparity in their demeanor. Julian couldn't help but think of the "Katherine" he had seen several times in the hospital. That was Lena!
