Seeing Lena, Lucian put out the cigarette and flicked it into the trash bin.
Lena said, her voice cold, "Mr. Hawthorne, this is the ladies' room. Unless you're lost, I'm going to call the police."
Lucian approached her and said calmly, "I had to wait for you here, or you might run away."
Lena scanned Lucian up and down. Because of the height difference, she had to raise her chin slightly to talk to him. "I guess I didn't hit you hard enough last time, Mr. Hawthorne. You still haven't learned your lesson, have you?"
A cold glint flashed across her eyes.
The man before her had the face of an angel and the heart of a devil.
"Don't think I'll just let this slide, Kitten. You can't afford to cross me!" Lucian's calm expression shattered at Lena's words, his face now sullen.
