In The Dark

My Mistake

    I quickly pull the number from my pocket and I look at it and study it. Thinking to myself, my breathing gets heavier and I can't help but think about how much I just wanna touch him. Those beautiful blue eyes and his scent.. I have never smelled a scent like that before on another wolf, especially male wolves. I couldn't put my finger on it why was his scent so overwhelming and why did I crave it so much? My wolf howls and starts purring as a sign that im getting really Horney. I sat on my bed and grabbed my phone. I created a new contact that said "HIM" I look at the time and realize that its already 4am. I quickly put my phone on the charger and lay down.

I finally fall asleep 10 min later after trying not to think about him. I am rudely awoke by banging on my door. Someone yelling something. Realizing that its my dad yelling and banging I quickly sit up.

"ZAPPHIRE!! GET THE f**k UP NOW!!!! DON'T MAKE ME BREAK THIS DOOR DOWN LIKE LAST WEEK!!!" he growls.

"Dad I'm awake! I'm awake!!!!" I yelp back my wolf whimpering in fear. I'm so scared. I don't want him to break it down again. I still have a broken rib and bruises all on my back and sides. 

"Get dressed. Its time to go meet the pack!" he continues to deepen his growl angrily

"Okay, I'll be up in a second." I say calmly unlike my wolf who is whining.  

I hear him walk upstairs. I quickly put a nice black tee-shirt and some hot pink skinny jeans with my black hightop converse and quickly brush my teeth and my hair before unlocking my door and running upstairs. 

"Hun, would you be a doll and get your pup siblings ready. Thanks" mom says with a smile on her face 

"Yes I can do that" I say annoyed back. 

"Don't give your mother attitude! Do what she says without attitude." he growls at me.

"Yes sir. I'm sorry mom." I say blankly 

I hate him so much, I don't get it they never treated Krystal like this. I quickly get my siblings dressed and ready to leave to go meet the other packs. We all get in the car and I pull my phone out and text "Him" 

****Hey..****

***Is this the pretty girl that served me last night?***

****Umm lol yeah it is..****

***Awesome! So what are you doing cutie?***

****LOL I'm headed to meet the rest of the pack, what about you..

I smile and blush under my hood while I text him, I can feel my wolf start purring. I'm about to finish responding when I get a mind link from dad.

"Who are you texting that has you all smiley and blushing, IT BETTER NOT BE A GUY?!!!" 

"I'm not blushing, I'm texting Alice!" I respond back dropping my smile and quickly look at him. Only to see him glaring at me. I go back to looking at my phone and quickly respond without any emotion on my face. My wolf whimpers "I hate him! He is bad!" "I know wolf, I have a plan don't worry!" I say quietly back to her.

***Sounds fun! I'm at work sadly***

****Oh no fun!****

***Ehh its okay, I get to talk to you so that makes it a little better!***

The car comes to a stop and I look up and out the window. I see our pack building and I see Alpha Carson standing outside with a confused look on his face. He looks over and sees us and quickly smiles and starts walking towards us. We all quickly get out the car and dad says to Alpha Carson..

"Alpha! How are you this wonderful morning?" he sheepishly howls

"I am fine this morning! You're late again! Do I need to find a different Baita?" he growls in a deep low tone

"No! Alpha, I'm so sorry! It won't happen again! I promise!!" he whimpers

"Good now get in there and get ready for this f*****g meeting!" Alpha growls, glaring at him

I give Alpa a small smile and nod my head. He smiles and his eyes soften towards me, I see dads eyes get dark and glare at me. I can hear his low growl towards me and I flinch and quickly look towards the ground. Not realizing that Alpha had noticed me flinch. He turns and sees what dad is doing and he growls at him.

"Jas I swear to the gods of the moon if I ever see or hear you look at her like that again, I will punish you myself!" "Do you understand me? That is a command!" he growls deeper

"Yes Alpha! I-I am sorry!" he looks down to the ground while he says it and whimpers

"Good! Zappie, are they treating you okay? Is he or has he hurt you?" 

" No Alpha he hasn't. I think he's just mad because it was my fault we were late I was struggling to get the kids dressed on time and I had woken up late on accident...." I say blankly without any emotion to it

Alpha Carson didn't notice that I didn't have emotion with it so I was happy about that. or else he would have kept asking and pressing for more information.. My wolf growls at me "You need to tell him! He is our Alpha he needs to know the truth!" I respond and get my ass beat for exposing him? Yeah no thanks! Besides I have a plan!" 

"Well alright then lets go in" he howls

"Yes Alpha Carson!" I say with a smile on my face and howl back

We all sit down in our sit in the recreation room of the Alpha House. I look around see dad glaring and is obviously pissed at me. Guess I'm gonna get hit later for it once we leave.. I turn and see my amazing best wolf friends.. Drake, Sam, and Alice all sitting in the 2 and 3 and 4th row with their packs. I mind link all three of them and say 

"So I am moving out of my parents house tonight, please come help me!"

My wolf whimpers and "how will we get past dad?" I respond "We will say we have to work tonight because Sam couldn't make it" I feel her purr

"Are you sure?!" Alice responds quickly with a worry tone. She has such beautiful green eyes and beautiful blond straight hair! The absolute perfect tan. For being 17 she looks like she's 21!

"How? When? Where?" Sam responds staring at me with his big Silver eyes. well kinda his red long shaggy hair is kinda in the way of his face!

"I'm in! just mind link me when your ready girly!" Drake says with a smile and smirk on his face! He has white hair and brown and green eyes. If you look super close to them. 

I smile at them and go back to paying attention to the Alpha..
