“Rina, is this all of the documents I need to review and sign?” Andrea asked her secretary as soon as she saw the pile of documents on her table.
“Yes, Ms. Andrea. That’s all for now. The other department hasn’t given their reports yet,” Rina answered.
“How about meetings? Do I have one?” she asked as she began scanning the first document that needed its approval from her, the Operations Director.
“You don’t have any meetings for today, Ma’am,” Rina answered after she checked Andrea’s schedule for the day. “All of you’re scheduled meetings for this week are moved to the next few weeks as per Mr. Servante’s order,” Rina added.
