Seeing Stephanie’s reaction when she found out Caden had left stirred a feeling of Jealousy within me. I couldn’t help but wonder how much she cared for him. Was it possible that she liked him more than I thought? The idea gnawed at the edges of my mind, leaving a bitter taste.
Then there was Caden himself. He didn’t even tell me, his twin brother, that he was leaving. That stung more than I wanted to admit. We’ve always been close, sharing everything, but this time he chose silence.
