Stephanie's POV: I was sitting in the middle of a maze, frustrated beyond words. No matter how many times I tried to navigate my way out, I kept coming back to the exact same spot. It was as though the maze was mocking me, playing tricks on my mind. My legs ached unbearably, and every muscle in my body felt sore from hours of walking in circles. I had no memory of how I ended up in this strange, confounding place. I pulled my knees to my chest, rested my head on them, and allowed exhaustion to overtake me.
