The End of Sophomore Year

Nicole's POV

I walk through the halls of Summerfield High School, I hear Jackson and his friends Cole and Noah say do your parents ever ask you to run away from home. Before I go on I should probably introduce myself. My name is Nicole Grace, I have blond hair, I wear black glasses and I like to skateboard. I don't really care about fashion, or having the newest cell phone but I make up for it in academics. Today was the last day of school and I am so excited to finally leave this son of a b***h. Now don't get me wrong I love learning but the people here are a bunch of assholes that bully me just because I like to learn and I'm not the prettiest . Next year that will all change because this summer i'm am gonna change my image for the better. When I get home I take a shower, then I go to the kitchen and cook myself chicken alfredo and open up a can of strawberry soda. Once I finish eating I go upstairs to my bedroom, turn of my TV and search up how to glow up on YouTube. Over the rest of the summer I hIave been going to the gym everyday at 8:00 am, eating healthy foods, got a procedure to help heal my acne, and went on multiple shopping sprees.

Cole's POV

I stand in the hallway of Summerfield High School with my two bestfriends Cole and Noah and make fun of that nerd girl. I don't know her name but i'm pretty sure it's nothing important. She just walks around the school with her head down, so I asked her if her parents had ever asked her to run away from home, if I were them i'd be embarrassed to even be related to her. Well anyway enough about her i'm more important. I have black hair, I'm captain of the football team. I usually sleep with a different girl every day because I just haven't found that perfect girl yet, all the girls here are to shallow and bitchy. Today is the last day of school finally I hate school, the only thing good about it is football, and hot girls. When I get home from school I walk in the door and see my father beating my mom with a metal pole. I scream telling him to stop but instead he drags her outside of the house, throws her into the pool and leaves the house. After I got her out of the pool I didn't know what to do so I took pictures of her now sleeping body making sure to get good ones of the bruises. Once I got the pictures of her I took footage out of my hidden cameras, drove to the police station and told them everything. They said they couldn't arrest him without proof so I showed them the videos and the pictures. After that I went home and went to bed hoping that my father wouldn't come back tonight. The next day I got a call from the police saying that my father had been arrested and would start trial next week.

Sorry this chapter is so short but this is my first book. They will get longer as the book goes on. Please don't send me hate, but if their are grammar mistakes please tell me in a respectful manner.
