I picked out my best dress possible and walked up to Wesley’s room. It’s been a while since we had a date and I wanted to take him out on one. I wanted us to talk about that game night and check if it still affects us or if it never had.
I knocked twice on his bedroom door. There was no reply so I entered. He must be in the shower so I sat on his bed waiting.
I checked the time on my wristwatch; I still had a lot of time before the reservation time. My senior manager was kind enough to approve my day off request today after so many applications and pleas. I sat comfortably and by my side was his phone.
