It was later, the sky has turned completely black with only the lamp I brought to light our surrounding with, we decided to head back home. I began folding the blankets and placing the leftovers on the basket when we heard crunching of dried leave and snapping of branches. The place was very dark, and we could not see past the trees. Christian jumped up and turned off the light on the lamp. Seeing him this alerted scared me, there must be something in the woods, he stood beside me, holding me close to him as he examines the place. It was not far when we saw a silhouette of a huge dog that passed to where the moon light pierced through.  “We must go” he said and without a minute to spare, he started guiding me back to the track, walking behind me as he makes sure that the coast is clear.
