David exited the car with a slowness that belied his true emotions. He casually walked around the car and went to stand next to Steve. They were quiet for a moment and just watched the Nesser brothers’ house. It was large and old just like their own, but they were not there to admire the architecture.     “They know we are here,” Steve commented in a low voice.     “Of course they know…and I don’t care. They came into our house and took what was ours.”     Steve refrained from pointing out that the dragon was not a property they owned. He could already tell David was beyond pissed, there was no point in pouring fuel to the fire, especially after the way things currently were.     Steve had been the first to discover the dragon was gone from their dungeon.
