I have lost count of days and even the activities I involved in these days. It seems the days are racing. Whenever I was with Alex time just evaporates into the air. It's two weeks to vacation and today is exactly four months since I first saw him but it's like just yesterday. Ashley was being shown around Johnny's work place and it was absurd. Was that really necessary? What has that got to do with the marriage?

Alex wasn't around though and that surprised me. He told me earlier on the phone that he was at work. He lied, I felt hurt and betrayed. Never expected him to lie to me.

"And that's it. All you need to know. Most of the workers are on break now. You will meet them later." Johnny said.

Finally I can go home and sleep. Where on Earth was Alex? Doesn't he want to see me?

" I will take the lead downstairs." I said leaving Ashley there with her man.

Why was I feeling so sad? I will be seeing him tomorrow. But I am used to seeing him twice or more daily. I will just call him later in the day with excuse that will make him visit me. What excuse will even bring him running?

Ashley should just hurry up so we can leave. I just hope he appears somehow. Does he close this early.... It's not too early to be out of the office.

"What are you thinking about?"

I raised my head and there he was, smiling. My angel Alexander, looking handsome and perfect. I really wanted to hug him. Why don't I show my real feelings today? Besides I can't deny this forever. I definitely can't lie about what I am thinking about now. He has a way of knowing the lies I tell.

"You." I replied firmly.

"What about me?" He asked with a mischievous smile on his face.

I can just say I miss him or say I was waiting anxiously to see him or say I love him, I mean anything verbal. But I went in for action. Action speaks louder than words. I raced down the stairs and hugged him tightly. The warmth, the assurance and love I felt that moment was going to stay in my mind no matter what. I raised my head and kissed him on the chin.

"Nobody will see my lip gloss there." I said laughing.

"But I want them to see it."
