I REMEMBER YOU

Gwen opens her eyes with tears.

"Gwen~~ you're awake!" Zoe said as soon as you open your eyes.

Are you okay? You're having a dream and you keep on saying Ice. Zarah said

"What got into your mind, interrupting Zeke's life!" Zoe said

"W-where is Zeke!" you asked Zarah

"He was shot Zoe, that guy shot Zeke!" Gwen said as she tried to get up

"I want to see him." Gwen said

But are you sure you are okay now? Zoe asked

"I'm okay, I want to see Zeke. I want to see Ice." Gwen said and stand up from her bed

She walks out of her room and asked for Zeke's room.

Gwen was shocked to see Zeke lying on the hospital bed. He lost a lot of blood but thankfully the gunshot wasn't too deep. Niccolo said to you

C-Can you leave us for a minute. Gwen said

"Okay" Niccolo said as he leaves with Zoe and Zarah.

Gwen sits beside Zeke's bed and touches his pale cheeks.

"I'm sorry for coming too late, Zeke". you said as your tears start to fall.

Sorry for forgetting you, it must have been hard for you. Gwen said as she holds his hand.

I'm sorry for always causing you trouble, all of this won't happen if I listen to you.

"Wake up Ice"

I miss seeing your smile. You promise me that you will only smile at me and I promise you that only you can hold my hand right. So wake up, stop making me sad already. If you won't wake up, I will ask Niccolo to-

"Don't you dare Gwen!" your tears fall as soon as you saw Zeke's eyes open.

"Do you remember now?" Zeke asked

Gwen nodded as tears continue to fall from her eyes.

"Stop crying" Zeke said as he wiped her tears.

I told you I don't want to see my Mint sad. Zeke said

"But you got shot because of me."

"No, It's not your fault." Zeke said

Gwen touches Ice's face.

"I'm sorry for forgetting you"

Zeke holds Gwen's hand and kisses it. It doesn't matter now, what's important is you finally remember me. God knows how much I wanted to hug you whenever you are near me. Zeke said

"Really?"

But you always threaten to kill me whenever you are with me. Gwen said

"That was part of my disguise." Zeke said as he tried to sit down.

Hey, you're not yet allowed to move. Gwen said

"It's okay, I'm okay now. You know you're my strength right." Zeke said

Zeke holds Gwen's face and looks into her eyes.

You don't know how painful it is to watch you beside me while keeping my feelings all by myself. God knows how much I wanted to hold your hand again and tell you how much I love you. All this time you still affect me like crazy. Zeke said as he touches Gwen's face

"I love you, Gwen." Zeke said as his lips touch your lips.

"I love you too Zeke". you said and smiled at him

You were staring at each other when you hear a knock on the door.

"Come in" Gwen said as she sits beside Zeke

Zoe and Zarah enter the room.

Were going back to our dorm Gwen, the doctor said that you are okay now, so are you coming home with us? Zoe asked

No, I'm staying here, I think my boyfriend needs me right now. Gwen said

You're what? Zarah asked again

Boyfriend, My boyfriend needs me beside him right now so you two go ahead. Gwen said and smile

Zeke O'Connell? your boyfriend? But how? Zoe asked again

Haha~~ I'll explain it to you soon girls.

You better do! Zoe and Zarah said before they left Zeke's room.

Their reactions are funny. Gwen said as soon as Zoe and Zarah left.

Zeke stays quiet which made you look at him, and you found him staring at your face.

"What's wrong?"

Nothing, I just can't believe that you're calling me your boyfriend again. Zeke said

What's wrong with that? Unless you don't want me to be your girlfriend? Tell me, Zeke, do you have a new girlfriend? Gwen asked

"Wow, I miss seeing your jealous face." Zeke said

Good! I'm just making sure because you don't want me when I'm mad O"Connell. Gwen said

Oh My God, my girlfriend is scary. Zeke said and smile

I miss seeing you smile like that. Gwen said

And I miss holding your hand like this. Zeke said as he holds her hand

Ahhh my eyes!!!! All of a sudden you hear a voice that made you look at the door

"Ohh! Leo!!"

Do you remember us now Gwen?! Leo said in surprise

Yes, I remember everything now. Gwen said

I'm happy that you remember us now Gwen! another guy said as he enters the room

DJ! Gwen said as soon as you see him.

Gwen!! another guy enters the hospital room.

Lukeeeeee! you said as soon as you recognize them.

We miss you, Gwen!! Luke said

Sorry for forgetting you all! Gwen said

It's okay Gwen, what matters is you finally remember us. Niccolo said as he enters the room

Ohh, Niccollo? are you, friends, with them too? Gwen asked

Ohh!! you don't remember me, Gwen?

No~ I remember DJ and Leo and of course baby Luke, but you? Are you sure you're a member of FROST?

Niccolo's happy face turned sad after hearing what you said. That made you burst into laughter.

"I can't believe you fall into that trick Nicco!" Gwen said and continue to laugh.

You are so mean Gwen. Niccolo said

Whoa!! so the trick was on you now Niccolo. Leo said while the others were laughing

What are you guys doing here? Zeke asked them

Were visiting you of course! DJ said

I called them. Niccolo said

And we're here to tell you guys that we're going to be schoolmates starting this Monday! Leo said

Oh really!!!!! Gwen said

Why are you all transferring to HSU all of a sudden? Zeke asked DJ

We'll just miss hanging out with you. Luke said

Stop telling lies, Luke. Zeke said that made Luke smile

Hahaha, Actually we really wanted to see Gwen. Luke said

Are you serious?! Zeke asked DJ

Yeah, Actually I and Leo have been planning this for quite a while now. And as soon as we found out what happens to you, we decided to proceed with that plan. DJ said

That would be great then! Gwen said

Well, at least Gwen is happy about seeing us again. Leo said while looking at Zeke

Don't mind him, Leo, I'm sure he wants to see you again every day, and don't worry as the head of the Student Council of HSU, I will personally welcome you to HSU. Gwen said

Hey, your so unfair Gwen. Niccolo said

You are welcoming them wholeheartedly but you acted so cold toward me when I moved to HSU before. Niccolo said

That was different Nicco, I don't remember you before. Gwen said while smiling at Niccolo

All of you, can you all leave, I want to rest. Zeke said

Urgh, You're being harsh on us again! DJ said

Whoa, Just tell us if you want to be with Gwen alone. Leo said as he pulled Luke and Niccolo out.

Bye Guys, see you on Monday!! Luke said before DJ closed the door.

Why do you have to be so mean to them? Gwen said as she fixes the pillow behind Zeke and fixes his blanket.

Because they are just disturbing us. Zeke said as he holds Gwen's hand again.

All of a sudden I miss the savage Zeke, that keeps on saying that he'll kill me. Gwen said

You want me to return being Zeke? he asked

Haha, No, I want you being the Ice I know. Gwen said

Does your shoulder hurt? Gwen asked Zeke

No, You are here now so I'm not in pain anymore. Ice said

Take some rest then, the doctor said that you need to rest.

Are you leaving? Ice asked

No, I'll stay here. I won't leave you again. Gwen assures Ice

Gwen stares at Zekei as he finally falls asleep. Seven years. It's been seven years since you forgot that he existed in your life. It must have been hard for him, to pretend that he doesn't know you. You have been giving him pain for seven years for waiting for you. Aside from your father and your brother Roi he is the most important person to you. He never fails to make you happy and smile since you met him.

I promise you that I will never leave you again. Your Mint will never leave you again. Gwen said as she lies her head beside Ice.

Zeke woke up in an unfamiliar place. He looks around and looks for Gwen she was just here beside you when you sleep.

Gwen? you called her name

Gwen where are you? you called her name again

You walk around to look for her and you smiled when you saw her standing in front of you. So you walk to her and hugged her tight.

"where did you go"?

But you were surprised when she pushed you away.

"Who are you? she said

Mint, Don't you remember me? you asked her

I don't know you so stay away from me! Gwen said walk away from you

Gwen! you shouted as she walk away from you and starts to disappear from your sight.

GWEN!!!! you shouted as you woke up.

You woke up and you realize that everything was just a dream. But you felt scared when you didn't see Gwen beside you.

"Gwen" you called her but no one answered

Was everything just a dream? Zeke said as you stand up from your bed. You were about to leave the room when Gwen came in.

Hey, where do you think you're going? Gwen asked Ice

You felt relieved and pulled Gwen closer to you.

"Where have you been?" you asked her

I-I just went out to buy some snacks. she answered

Why? what' the problem? she asked

I thought-- I thought--

Did you have a bad dream? Gwen asked you

"Yes" you answered while hugging her.

It's okay now, go back to your bed and rest. Gwen said as she helps Zeke go back to his bed.

What kind of dream was it? Gwen asked Zeke

A very bad dream, I dream about you walking away from me and telling me you don't know me. Zeke said

Which will never happen again. Gwen said to Zeke as she touches his face

Gwen watches Zeke as he slowly falls asleep again. After he sleeps a while ago, you decided to go out to buy some food for him. But you were surprised to see him standing on his hospital bed. You realized that forgetting him made a big impact on his life. You already know how lonely he is before so you make him happy because he makes you happy too.

"I'm sorry," you said as you touch Zeke's face.

Zeke stayed in the hospital for two days and decided that he wants to stay in his dorm after being discharged, you wanted him to stay at his house to rest but he's just so hard-headed he insisted that he's fine already.

After sending him to his room, you noticed how his roommates were surprised to see you with him.

"Rest well, I'll just go to our dorm, I'll call you later." you said before leaving the room leaving him with his dorm mates that still in shock.

You arrived at your dorm and you saw Zoe and Zarah sitting on your bed.

Hey, what's with that look? you asked them as you open your closet.

You've got a lot of explaining to do girl. Zoe said

Uh-huh, hurry up take a shower we will be waiting. Zarah said

Gwen laughs as she enters the bathroom.

After a long shower, you went out of the bathroom and you saw Zoe and Zarah still waiting for you. You sit in front of your vanity mirror and combed.

Are you ready to tell us everything now? Zoe said

Yeah, you better tell us everything, why all of a sudden Zeke is now your boyfriend. Zarah said

You sit on your bed and look at your friends.

"Okay" you said and smiled at them.

First of all, I want to tell you that Zeke has been my boyfriend for almost Seven Years now. you said shocked your friends.

What!! How did that happen? Zoe asked you

Yeah!! how the hell did that happen?!! Zarah added

"Okay, I'll tell you the whole story."
