“Have you ever been teleported?” Ronnie asked Brett. “I’ve gone through some of Kylian’s doors,” he replied. “Good. Then you’re used to the feeling of disassociation. Let’s do it.” She gripped his forearm and instantly they were standing in a grove of trees, looking at the first house on their list.
