Immediately the phone call ended, I practically ran all the way to his office mind racing with questions.
'Had he arrived today?' And 'What did he need me for' were the most prominent ones.
Now that I stood in front of his door, there was no more time to think. Holding my breath I knocked and opened his door.
Surprise filled me with the reminder that he was actually there.
