My Girl Has Guts

***Brandon’s P.O.V.***

I didn’t know what she was talking about when she rushed out. I ran after her just to see her getting into her car and driving off. I run back inside and grabbed my phone. I called and called her but she wouldn’t answer. I jumped in my jeep and drove after her. I called three more times but the fourth time her phone was off.

I throw my phone onto the dashboard. I followed her down town. I didn’t know where she was going.

I grabbed my phone again and called Kaylee.

“Kaylee. Hey something up with Ari. She just flipped and ran out of the house yelling ‘I’m going to kill her’.”

“Oh.” She said.

“Oh? Oh what Kaylee?”

She didn’t say anything.

“Kaylee? What do you know that I don’t know?” I asked.

“Michelle. She talking about Michelle. She found out what Michelle put in your drink last night at the party.” She said.

“Okay well I am on the road going after her. I need to know what she is going to do.”

“Well I think she wants to kill Michelle, Brandon. She isn’t happy about the drug.” She said slowly.

“Kaylee get your butt and Cody’s butt in the car and meet me at Michelle’s. Now.” I ended the call and throw my phone again.

I raced to Michelle’s house. It was the weekend so she was going to be home again.

My phone started going off. I looked at the caller ID. Cody.

“Hello?”

“HEY! Brandon umm your not going to like what you see when you get here.”

I turned down the street. How Arianna known where she lived but she was right on it.

“I’m going to see in about two minutes.” I said.

“Okay well your not going to be happy.”

I pulled into the drive way right behind Arianna. And Cody was right I wasn’t going to be happy.

I jumped out of the jeep.  I ran to her car . She was just getting out with I got to her.

“Arianna stop!” I yelled out to her.

She stopped. I’ve never called her Arianna.

“You can’t do this Ari.”

“Oh but I think she can.” Michelle said from the porch.

“Michelle! You! b***h!” I looked at Ari shocked.

“Oh. Now look who is all big and bad now.” I turned as I saw highlights coming up. Kaylee’s car pulled in.

“I’ll kill you in a heartbeat Michelle. How dare you use date-r**e drug on him?” I let go over Ari. I looked up to Michelle. She used a s*x drug on me?

“Brandon get Arianna.” I looked from Kaylee to Ari that was more than half way to Michelle.

I ran after her. I grabbed her by the waist. “Stay back Ari.” I said slowly to her.  

She fought against me. I looked around me to find somewhere to put Ari down and that’s when I saw it. The truck.

“Gale get your ass out here right now!” I yelled.

I saw him walk up behind her.

“Gale. Dearly. Why don’t you go get us all something to drink.” I watched as he turned and walked back into the house.

Ari was still fighting me. I thought about get letting her go at it but I need her to back off.

“Now. Now Ari are you sure about all that is going. You’re sure that you can take me on?” Michelle was pushing her.

She calmed down a lot in my arms. I still didn’t let her go.

“Please let me go.” She said.

“Are you going to be okay?” I asked.

“Yes.” She moved. I let her go.

“Oh Michelle we all know that you are that I am the only person you fear.”

“I do not fear you Arianna.”

Ari started walking up to Michelle.

“Then why is it that every time I walk up to you like this. That all I have to do is look at you and you step back?”

“Again. I don’t fear you.” Michelle said throw her teeth.

“Oh yes you do and you hate me because of the fact that I have Brandon and you do not.” Ari had the guts.

I started walking up to Ari.

“I think its time that you learn a lesson Arianna.” Michelle went to hit Ari but was stopped by Ari’s hand blocking her.

“No I think its time that you learn a lesson Michelle. You need to stop going into everyone’s life’s and let them live them.” And with that Ari punched Michelle in the eye.

“Be happy that you don’t piss me off much again. Or next time it is going to be more than just a black eye. Now stay out of our life’s and if you ever use drugs on someone else I won’t even stop to think about not going to the cops. Understood?”

“Yes.”

“Good.”  Ari turned around and walked right into my arms.

“Can we go home?”

“Yes we can.”

I turned around to face Kaylee and Cody. They both looked shocked. Both they mouths hanging open.

Yeah my girl had guts.

I walked Ari to my jeep.

“Kaylee drive her car to the house.  I’ll meet you there.”
