I cleaned my hands with my small towel and then put it back in my back pocket.
This is going to be a long day, I can already see it. We have so many guests this morning.
I thought to myself as I watched the place get crowded around me and I actually felt tired already.
I have only started my shift, and I was missing my baby. I want to curl up on the bed with him in my arms and sleep till nightfall.
“Hey Joy, stop daydreaming and take the orders. Today is going to be another busy day.”
The cook called from the kitchen and I groaned silently, but then I put a fake smile on my face and started working.
