It pained me to wake her for her work, and it pained me more to let one of my guards give her a ride home.
I wanted to keep her locked up in my room and keep doing our nightly activities.
But she has a son and a life. I can’t just steal her away from everything that comforts her and makes her feel safe.
So I need to suck it up for a while until the right moment comes and I can take her back home with me.
