“Are you sure this is what we should be doing right now, right at this moment?” I whispered to Isaac as I stared out at the crowd around us.
Isaac was standing tall beside me, his chest puffed out and his jaw clenched, the only thing that could really tell he was feeling nervous to those who weren’t able to feel his emotions. Outwardly he was glaring at those who were in front of us, his light green eyes filled with a challenge as he silently asked the others to question what was happening. “You trying to get out of it now, darling?” He asked.
I sighed, shaking my head. “No, I’m not, but we just were surrounded by rogues yesterday, the rumors of what they all think is going on are spreading, this is just going to fuel them.” I muttered frustratedly.
