Koen sent an invitation letter to both sets of alphas; he invited them to update them with what was on the ground.

"She seeks for time. You should all give her more time." Koen said to them: Alpha Ashford and his brothers sat at his front, as did the twins. "What does she want? Is it money, food, or what, do hat she needs more times before making conclusion?" Ashford asked with much concern.

"We all know what has befallen her; she might not find it easy to fall in love again, especially when it is complicated like this." He answered them.

"I think Xavier should step down; they should wait to apply next time." Oscar suggested.

"She has her choice to make; since she has decided on time, I think we should give her time. Again, Koen, whatever she wants should count on me." Xavier's interrupted.

The Ashford alphas looked at each other; they would have caused trouble before Koen, but they have seen that Xavier and his brothers have the world; they are well known.

"We are not here to drag words with anyone, Koen; I have said mine; you have the opportunity to convince her; I am counting on you." Xavier added.

"Do not rely on me; rather, do all you can to please her. The ball is in your court; whatever way you want to play it, you should do."He spoke to them all.

"The ball can't be in my court; you have her with you; convince her." Xavier added.

"What do you think we should do to get her attention?" Ashford asked his brother after they had left the office.

"I thought Xavier was through with his contract; he shouldn't be in a hurry to get a new mate and not with Luna, thesame Luna we are interested in" Oscar speaking in a hurry about what to do.

"They are wealthier than us; they have what it takes to take proper care of a her, Even with that, I still believe that their pride and arrogance won't grant them the love of Luna. She will surely end with us." Ashford gave them confidence.

"Then how do you think we can achieve this?" Sherman asked.

"with time. Just count on me. All we will need to do is always check on her in the camp, since it is not deprived of us." He spoke more.

"You have a point there; we should always check on her more than before." Oscar Concord to that.

And requested a glass of wine from the housekeeper, which was served to him.

On the other hand, Xavier and Lucas have gone to see Luna; as at then, she was hungry and has nothing to eat. She sat at the entrance to her room, hoping that the day wouldn't end without being served a meal from the little they were served by the academy.

Luckily Xavier and Lucas stepped forward, they stood before her as she placed her head in between her legs wondering what to do to satisfy her hunger.

"Can we have a word with you, Luna?" Xavier asked, standing confidently.

She heard the strange voice and was scared. She lift her head, and there she saw the twins alpha.

"What are you doing here? Have you come to mock me more?She asked them.

"We are here to present an opportunity to you; it is either you accept it or we force it on you." Xavier spoke; he had no smile on his face, as did his brother.

"What an opportunity, and beside, I am not in the mood." She answered, about to stand, when she almost fell.

They quickly held her hands; they saw the weakness in her. "We have to get her something to eat." They quickly demanded food, the best of its kind that is sold there.

"You have to eat something; here is food. Please eat." Lucas told her. She pretended not to be hungry but was almost eating out of hunger.

"I will eat later; I am okay." She answered.

"You are not okay; we can see that in your face. Luna, eat while you have strength to discuss with us." They insisted.

"Please, I am okay; I don't need food now. What I want from everyone is to be left alone. Please give me time to think about this." She pleaded, knowing the reason for visit.

"Alright, but please eat." Lucas asked her warmly.

They forced her until she finally ate. She tasted the meal at first and realized it was well prepared and delicious. Luna ate to her satisfaction.

"You like it?" Lucas asked her, but Xavier was sitting, expecting her to speak more about the contract with him or his brother as soon as she was done eating.

"It tastes delicious and okay; thanks for that." She appreciates.

"It didn't end there. Luna, from now on, you have every right to eat free at any of these food vendors, as long as you remind here, until you have made up your mind on whom to contract with." Xavier promised her.

"Exactly"added Lucas.

"Are you both trying to bribe me?" She asked.

"No, rather, we are showing you some part of our kindness, a sign of what you will benefit from us. You have protection as well as whatever you want. I personally, in support of my brother, will spoil you with gifts; we will present you to the world as our queen, and guess what? Your past will be forgotten." Xavier almost got her interested in what he said.

"Are you not aware of my predicament, the incident that has happened to my ex-mate? Won't you think twice while taking this decision?" She asked them.

"There is no more time, Luna; you hold yourself, make your choice contract with us, and I promised you, you won't regret it." Lucas promising her.

"We are not forcing you this time; at the same time, do not allow us to force it on you. This is an opportunity every other Mateless wants from us. And here you are trying to let it pass you." Xavier brag.

"What I want is true love; can you offer that to me?" She asked them in hurry.

"Give us a try",Lucas replied.

She nodded her head, putting a smile on her face.

"What an amazing smile is this? You are such a beautiful maiden; the more you smile, the more you capture my heart, and the more you put the sad face on, the more you get me attracted to you. Luna be my Luna". Xavier praise her.

"I can only be your Luna when you have finally given me space to think about it." She said to him.

"Do you want me to force love on you? I get what I want when I want it." Xavier sounded.

"Then you have to give me time to think about this." She requested more.

"You have limited time, Luna; nevertheless, we will be checking in on you." Lucas answered her.

"Can you please answer this?" She used that to stop them from leaving.

"We are here for you." They answered.

"Who will I chose among you?" She asked, putting words in their mouths.

"We are peaceful brothers; we love ourselves; we can't allow anyone come in between us." Xavier answered and added. "It is either you accept me or him."

"And what if I reject you both and choose from among the Ashfords?"

"Don't try that, if you don't want to see the other side of me",Xavier arrogantly answered her.

Well, Luna got to see his weakness; she also observed that from his brother.

"There should not be a reason why you should reject us. We have all it takes to take good care of you." Lucas added.

"I see the arrogance in them; it shows around them. Can I come with this?" She asked within herself.

"We have to take our leave now, but before that, you will hear from us. Remember, do not let this opportunity pass you by." They echoed in her ears and left.

Luna, imagine what they meant with the word you will hear from us later.

"What do they mean? Are they trying to convince me? Or what with their words?" She asked herself.

Xavier and Lucas got home, and instructed that Luna should be offered the best clothes and jewelry, as well as some food, which was to be delivered by their guard and housekeeper.

"What do you think is best for you as a lady?" Xavier asked Charmaine, the housekeeper; she was a little surprised by such a question, thinking that the alphas want to offer her a gift.

"How do you mean sir?" She asked.

"I will have you get some ladies clothes, jewelry, and other items. Alongside fruit,get the quality clothes as well, and when you are done, send them to Luna on our behalf." He told her.

"Luna the curse one? What do you have with her sir? She is a curse; she doesn't deserve your gift."

"Don't be foolish here; neither do you have the right to decide for me. Just do as I have told you." He instructed her.

"I don't mean to upset you, Alpha Lucas or Xavier; please pardon my manners." She plead. "

"Then do as you have been instructed, "the command said.

She left with the money, got into the market, and purchased all she needed to offer Luna on behalf of Xvier and Lucas.

"Won't I contact her predicament as soon as I get there? Luna is curse, and it is obvious that it is transformable." She spoke to the guards who had gone with her to the market.

"You have signed your life to work for Blackwood's Alpha; whatever risk you are to take, take it or you get yourself punished by them." The guard advises her.

"Alright, let go,"she said.

They drove, getting to the gate, they were stopped by the security guard.

"We are sent by Alpha Xavier and his brother." Charmaine said.

"What for.?" The security guard asked.

"We have some gifts for Luna from the two alpha brothers, Lucas and Xavier" She answered.

"This is not a visiting hour; she might be observing some rest." He added.

"Can we please deliver this? If we fail, Alpha Xavier won't be happy with us." Charmaine frightening already.

"I will help you; meanwhile, you have to do that quickly. Before Alpha Koen gets to meet you here, remember that I am tempering with my job just to help you out." He showed assistance; and also pointed at Luna's room.

They quickly drove in. Charmaine knocked at the door.

"Who is that, please?" Luna asked and awaited a response.

"We are sent by Alpha Xavier and Lucas to you; can you please come out?" She requested.

"I thought they left here a few hours ago.." She asked.

"Here is a gift to be presented to you. Do not refuse it, please; if you do, I will be in trouble. Luna, save me the cause of being treated badly by them by accepting this." Charmaine pleading.

Luna was still inside. She looked from the window and saw all that had been placed at her doorpost. "Is this what they met with the word to hear from them soon? They couldn't wait for a few hours before doing this; they show concern. Yet it is not all about the gift." She stared at Charmaine and the guard from the window.

"Please save us time",Charmaine shouted.

"I have heard you; leave them there; I will be picking them myself later." She told her.

"No, it has to be handed to you hand in hand."

"I see you fear your masters, but please don't be a coward." Luna advised them.

"Are you coming to have it, or should I bring them in?" Charmaine asked.

"You can bring them in if you wish." She answered her.

"Never, I won't be the one to contact your bad luck. I love myself, and so do I love my job. You should come have them yourself." She abused Luna with such by her response response.

Luna ignored her; she remains inside.

"Luna, I am waiting; don't keep me long."

"Sorry to delay you, but I won't be coming out. Take them back to your master, and present to them that I, Luna, refused the gift due to due to your manner if approach, I think you lack one." Luna takes advantage of Charmaine's lack of manners.

"No, Luna, you can't do this to me. Do you want my head to be cut off from my neck? I am sorry for the way I spoke to you." She learned her mistake.

"Luna, please forgive her manners. I plead with you to help in this; if not for her sake, for mine, I am also involved in this." The security guard pleaded.

Luna had a soft spot for them; she had to listen to the guard pleading and, at the end, came out to have the present.
