ELEANOR’s POV.
The smile didn’t disappear from me even as I walked into the dorm room. Kathy who was busy with a book sat up the moment she saw me, her face also broke into a smile.
The fact that Branko and I could be together was enough for me. Here I was thinking it was over but the moon goddess gave us another chance.
“You look so happy,” Kathy said, dropping the book on the bed, “when you left earlier, I thought you would go jump in the lake”
I laughed calmly as I slumped on the bed.
“It seems something happened on your way. Tell me, what’s going on?”
“It’s nothing Kathy” I told her but from the look on her face, she didn’t buy that. Kathy was a curious one, I knew her like the band of my hand.
