Cole's Pov

I looked at Eva's smiling face, and her mode of dressing. She has always known how to dress to my taste.

That reminds me, I haven't seen the clothes Jane bought for Katherine.

"Hello ?" Eva said, waving at me to bring me out of my thought.

"So you could get married? And not to be me?" She asked.

"What are you doing here?" I asked with a straight face, and just then I heard Kay called me from inside.

"Cole..." Katherine called me..

"Oh, is that her? I want to see that girl!" Eva said stretching her neck trying to peep.

"Leave this house and never return. Don't ever come close me again. You know what would happen to you" I said and closed the door on her face.

I walked back to Kay who was smiling all over...

"I made popcorn. Come taste it" she said smiling.

This is the first time I'm seeing her smile, and this wide..with all her shiny teeths out..

Just then I sighted Eva still at the window peeping..

"Really? I didn't know you could do kitchen stuff? Come here.." I said and dragged her close to me by her waist... She was hesitating but finally came into my arms and I hugged her, before giving her a kiss on her forehead.

"Let's go to the kitchen" she said and I held her waist as we moved to the kitchen.

Just as we got there, Tim began his talk...

"Sir, I warned her, but she still insisted on making the popcorn... I'm sorry sir" he begged and Katherine rolled her eyes.

"Get out Tim. This instant you Sly!" Katherine said, shocking me that she could be this rude. Actually Tim has angered her enough. Maybe he doesn't realize that I made this girl over him. Because even as she asks him to leave, he's still standing and looking at me for permission.

"Tim, are you deaf? You're asked to leave!" I said and he rushed out immediately before I finished.

"Are you Okay?" I asked Kay because she's obviously angry.

She ignored me and carried the Pop corns to the Living room as I followed her, thinking of the best way to start a conversation.

She actually looks pretty when she's angry though.. let me pull her legs the more. Let me know how high she can be mad.

She took the remote control and switched it to a soap opera movie, before placing the popcorn on the table, then sitting on the sofa and began munching.

I collected the remote and changed it to a horror movie.

She looked at me, stood up and began walking to her room.

"Stop! We're watching this movie. Not another step" I said in a harsh tone but she didn't stop climbing the stairs to her room.

Just then I ran towards her to catch her and she began running from me, climbing the stairs in a hurry.

"Kay, we're watching that movie" I said as I sped up to meet her at the stairs..

I was almost near her when she skipped a stair and fell right into my arms.

"No! Let me be!" She yelled and I chuckled looking at her struggle to get loose from my grip which was Impossible and she kept yelling.

"Not happening.. you're safe with me princess. We're watching that horror movie with me" I said and carried her downstairs and made her sit on my lap, facing the TV.

The sofa is big enough for us to be comfortable.

"Cole.. I hate horror movies" she said like a baby.

"You'll love it" I said and put popcorn in her mouth

"Cole" she called me in that sexy manner although to her it sounded like a whimper.

"I'm scared" she said and I laughed

"Kay, the movie hasn't even started yet" I said enjoying this moment..

It was later that I realized I shouldn't have let her watch that movie.

So, the movie began.. it wasn't scary at first so she watched it with me.. then at some point it started getting scary.. the characters in the movie we're getting close to the magical grave of a cursed monsters in that movie...

Just then Kay started getting shaking slightly and hiding her face in my chest on every occasion.

Then unfortunately for her, the last time She glanced at the screen was when that cursed monsters with 20 eyes and a scary teeth with saliva drawing Like gum from one teeth to the other came out of the grave with red eyes.

With this view, Katherine screamed so loud as if she saw a ghost and turned to me weeping...

"Save me Cole.. it's coming.. please save me" she yelled burying her face on my chest and shaking profusely with fear...

I held her tight and switched off the TV and held her tighter like a baby...

I was in total shock as I watch her shake yell and cry like someone experiencing trauma.

"Kay, it's just a movie.. it was acted.. it's okay.. nothing will ever hurt you" I said still holding her but that didn't stop her from crying, shaking and clutching to my singlet with so much fright..

"Kay baby, it's Okay.. please" I begged as I carried her to the room while my servants who ran out as a result of her scream carried the popcorn to the kitchen.

"Get me some yougurt and cookies "I instructed them as I carried Kay to the room and placed her on the bed... Her face was still on my chest and her grip tighter on my singlet..

"Baby..." I called her, trying to remove her tight fingers that already pierced my singlet.

"I'm scared Cole.. I'm so scared. I told you I don't watch horror but you insisted " she said admits tears

"I'm sorry sweetheart.. I've taken to note now, I thought you were kidding.. I'm Just getting to know you.. I'm sorry " I said but she still ignored me..but now she wasn't holding my singlet so tight anymore, she held me softly still weeping.

"Are you scared of looking at my face?" I asked

"Who knows, that monsters might appear on your face to scare me" she said with all seriousness and I burst out laughing..

"What's funny!?" She retorted, looking at me for a second and then hurried back to burying her face in my chest.

"Oh no! You look like that monster" she said in fear.. her face was all red and she had fear goosebumps all over.

Yet, as much as I enjoy her holding me this tight, I didn't like the fact that's she was scared.

So I pushed her face up with a little force and a bit fast and kissed her lightly and she gasp, looking at my face now...

I was still staring at her face, trying to digest what her kiss Just did to me and wondering what her real kiss will feel like ... So I kissed her again, but this time, more slowly, savouring every part of her mouth.. she kissed me too but didn't really do it well..

Maybe it was her first time...

Just then she pushed me away and was about to slap me when I held her hand..

Just then I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in" I said and my servants came in with what I requested for.

They were first shocked to see Katherine and I in such a position yet they dared not speak..

They dropped the snack and was about going when...

"You scumbag! How dare you? Let go of me!" Katherine said still trying to escape my grip on her hand.

On hearing this, my servants gasp in shock ..

"Kay baby, don't do that Infront of my workers" I said but she cared less..

"Oh, they should know you're so rude to snatch my first kiss away from me just like that" she said again raising her second hand at me which I also held while the servants gasp again, enjoying the show..

They know I don't allow girl close to me. Now this one is holding me and saying I kissed her. It's really shocking but it's none of their business..

With Katherine's two hands in my possession and her struggling to get loose, I released her hands and she fell right into my arms and I held her waist before pressing my lips on hers again with my eyes closed...

"You..." She was about saying again and I shut her up with another kiss.

She needs to learn to calm down.

My servants gasp again .

"Infront of your workers?" She asked

"You insulted me Infront of them too" I said to her and held her close to me again..

"Get out" I said to my servants and they left the room with their mouths Open..

"Stop holding me" Kay said and I chuckled..

"You were doing that few minutes ago.. and I didn't stop you. Besides, I'm your husband" I said and as she was about saying another thing, I placed a cookie in her mouth, making her munch on it instead of talking, then I kissed her forehead as she ate.

"Relax Kay, you're in good hands. You'll always be safe with me. Remember that" I said and she nodded slightly and I hugged her even more tight..

By now, She was sitting on my thighs on the bed, facing me as we enjoyed the cookie and yougurt silently..

Just before sleeping she stared at my lips with desire..

It's obvious she wanted a kiss but I pretended not to know..

She pouted before bringing her face to mine all by herself and as her lips were about to touch mine, I removed my face.

She screamed with anger, hiting me with a pillow as I laughed with all my heart...

It's been a while I laughed.

"I'm sorry, sorry darling" I begged

as I her held her, kissing her in the ear till she laughed with me..

Then I stared at her for a minute, smiled and we kissed.. passionately, devouring each other's lips, and as I began touching her body, slightly pressing it, she disengaged and smiled at me.

"Goodnight" She said and lay on the bed and I layed beside her, holding her from behind, as her body relaxed in my arms..

"Goodnight Kay" I said and drifted to sleep.

*Next morning*

Writer's Pov

Cole is forced to wake up from his adorable sleep because of the loud ring of his phone...

"Hello" he said over the phone

"Hello.. this is your father's doctor and he'll like to see you immediately" the caller said and hung up.

Cole sighed, looked at Katherine as she slept soundly and he smiled.

"I'm glad we're getting along Kay" Cole said before getting out of bed and going to freshen up to see his dad.
