Kara began to look at Dean the way she used to look at Colby. This boy turned man who had been a part of her life for her more formative years had now been a romantic interest to her. Due to that, she questioned every action she had made in front of him and thought thoroughly on each word spoken. She was desperate to know his feelings as she thought that perhaps she had made something out of nothing-but with each second her gaze fixed upon him, she could feel something more than friendship.
