Birthday Surprise

its our birthday. i should be happy, not just for me but for both of us. But LACEY IS MAKING ME GO TO HIGH SCHOOL. She has been homeschooling me but now she wants to decide that "i need friends". 

Like i have friends. I box. I took up boxing two years ago, when i was 15. I'm 17 now. But i will admit, I have more enemies than I have friends. But in my defense, that's only because i'm undefeated. Lacey is just trying to make me feel better. She has  girlfriend now and they have been together for a year and a half. She thinks i'm "lonely"....which i'm not.

"Hey watcha thinking about" Lacey asks poking my cheek. I grab her finger and give her a flat look. "How im going to have such a wonderful time at school" i say in the most sarcastic voice in the world. I'm a little disturbed at the moment and i'm taking it out on her.. and i feel really bad. "I'm sorry, Lacey. It's just that I'm already ahead in all the things they are learning so-" she cut me off with  her hand. "so that makes more sense for you to go, Rose. You know all of the stuff, so please just go.. for me." she pleads with a puppy dog face. She knows that face will make me  cave. I swat her arm and look away trying to hide my smile.

She smiles knowing that i can't refuse. "Lets go home Lacey, i have a surprise for you at home." i say standing up. I pull four twenties out of my wallet and put it out on the table. Lacey and i stood up and walked out the restaurant.

When we get home Lacey goes upstairs to put her things down and change. I go to the living room and sit on the couch and put on 'Lake Placid". I love this movie. "OH MY GOD ESCHA ROSE YOU DID NOT GET ME AND KATE TICKETS TO GREECE" i hear Lacey yell running down the stairs. I smirked to myself betting that there's a 1000 megawatt smile on her face. "Yes, i did get you and her tickets to Greece, you need to get out of California, your 28." i say turning around, confirming the smile that is on her face. I wasn't expecting her to come and throw herself on me to give me a hug. We both went tumbling down to the floor in a heap of a mess. "Lacey get off, your heavy." i say out of breath. She gets up off of me and we lay there for a moment before busting out laughing. "I love you rose, you really are my sister." Lacey says after our fit of laughter. "I love you too, now question." i pause "since you looooooved this gift so much, i shouldn't have to go to school, correct? i mean like-" she cuts me off. "la la la la la la la . GOOD NIGHTT!" she sings running back up the stairs. 

Well heck.. I get up and cut the tv back off and head on upstairs to my room. Once inside i head to the shower. i don't want to go to school. i think to myself. but i don't want to hurt Lacey, she is like my sister to me. i get out of the shower and dry off. i put on some cotton shorts and i lay down. well i guess i have to go to school tomorrow. I hope don't nobody think im going to suck up to them. They can suck my ass , because i'm gonna do me. with or without them i'm gonna keep being me and they won't change me.and i know my anger will not be the answer to problems, but i'm not going to be nobody maid if i don't react. Guess i gotta keep a low profile. Heck..
