Cassian didn’t take me home as I expected, and there was no way to yell at him while we were on his bike because he wouldn’t have heard me anyway.
He pulled up in front of his apartment building and only after I climbed off the bike did I finally turn to face him, “What are we doing here?”
He chuckled before leaning closer.
“Has anyone ever told you that you look adorably cute when you’re annoyed, Red?”
