Mila POV
When he was out of my sight, I couldn't help but go to him. It was this feeling that had me almost out the door until Addy pulls me by my hand to stop me.
"What are you doing? It's dangerous out there. You can't get out. We need to find a safe place to hide." I could see the worry in her eyes, but I couldn't stop myself.
"No Addy, you don't get it! I need to go with him. There's this pull that I can't shake off." I beg her with my eyes.
And it was true. I felt in my heart that I need it to see this. And yes, call me crazy, I know I am anyways. I mean I suspected that what he was, but I really need it to see it with my own eyes. I thought that Addy was going to stop me from going, but I think she saw something in my eyes because the next thing she's letting me go.
