The arguing was getting out of hand. Rachel closed her eyes and tried to block out the latest heated debate, something about the best way to configure a weapons interface system in a VW camper van. She didn"t even know what half the words meant, or why they needed to be screamed so loudly. Hannah had switched off her hearing, yet Jay seemed to think yelling in her face would make her see reason. And Hannah seemed to think violently slapping Jay—a man considerably smaller and weaker than she was—every time he tried to interfere was helping make her point. Rachel felt a headache coming on.
