Hank's family estate is a huge three-story brick house on the golden shore of Long Island. The long driveway behind the gate was flanked by round topiaries on both sides and leaded to a roundabout with a central fountain in front of the house. The square white windows overlooked the property's extensive and well-kept gardens.
When Hank told me that there was enough room for everyone, I was a little skeptical. I knew his family was a bit rich, but I didn't expect them to be loaded. Despite its massive size, the house had a cozy atmosphere, and it was there where Hank and Michelle's engagement dinner would be held the day after Christmas.
