I listened to David's story attentively.
Everything he's been through since I died made me understand why he was reluctant to disclose it.
Going back to the past multiple times to try and change the future, which is now our present.
This is beyond crazy. It's borderline insane.
But so is coming back from the dead.
And as I listened to the details, it became more real with each passing moment. Also, thinking back on who I was... I would've indeed been prone to killing myself had I been saved before all that hatred and the desire for revenge settled in.
I can see we've both been through a lot these past couple of months. Actually, it's been years for him, right?
No wonder his eyes look so distraught. If I was in his place... I would've probably lost my mind.
