After Leah told me again that she had work, I went back in to watch a movie. The movie played on but my attention wasn't on it. I stared at my laptop, looking at the multiple emails sent from one person; my father. He wants me to take on a job for him last minute tonight by 11. I was half glad she had somewhere to be. I didn't know how to tell her I would have had to leave in the middle of the movie.
It was around 10 now and I had limited time to get ready for the job. I checked the email once more. The target was a managing director in a big firm who was embezzling money underground from father's company under the guise of stocks trading. Father was beyond pissed about it.
