LEAH I heard the knock on my door but kept quiet, far too busy on a zoom call with my superior. She was a dark-skinned lady with a brown bob and simple makeup. She wore a stylish suit and sat at what looked like a luxurious kitchen. I could hair the faint sound of a cartoon playing in the background, meaning her kids were back from her husbands.
