CHAPTER 2: BREATHE

(SAMANTHA'S POV)

Col invited me to eat outside which made me happy, because now I can eat again just fine. Since at home they almost don't give me good. They only gives me their food leftovers.

Leftovers from what they have eaten. I didn't mind it though because at least I had food. It's just unfair because I'm

the one who cooks, washes, cleans and so on. I'm like their slave in that house. It didn't bother me though because I'm good at housework. It's really annoying to see my step siblings don't do any household chores. They think they're a princess.

Col is like my savior every time I feel tired of being alive. She's like my home in this tiring world.

I immediately walked away from dad and got dressed, then left in a hurry.

Later on our proffesor arrived so I went back to my seat and put the incident a while ago out of my mind.

The class is about to end so I planned to hang out on the rooftop and get some fresh air. I just want to freshen up my

mind and breathe some fresh air. I'm really tired but I can't give up.

I don't want to give up either. Because I will be the loser if I give up on these problems right away.
