“Oh yes she did”. My sister says with an angry hiss. “I know she was up to something, that … b***h”.
Camilla squeezes my hand again and sends me a small smile. “No worries, I know she is lying”.
“Thanks”. I tell her, returning her smile. “But others will believe her and that doesn’t sit Well with me … and if Emilia hears she might end up getting all confused about what is real and not”.
“What does she even want to gain by this ?” Camilla says thoughtfully. “Does she want to win you back ?”
I shake my head. “I doubt it and it also wouldn’t be the right way”. I say. “Even if I had been single it wouldn’t have been the way to win my heart back”.
