Hillary Bentley is ordering fast food from a drive-through when we’d literally be home in less than forty-five minutes if we go really fast. He hands me a plate with two drizzled corn dogs on them—they actually look good—but I would have frowned if I wasn’t already frowning. Truth is, I’ve been frowning all day. All freaking day.
