I frown.
"He said Nathan Black tried to kill him?"
Dan nods and I turn to my father.
"I thought you said he was dead?"
"He is."
"You sure? Is there any chance he might still be alive?"
My father shakes his head.
"I'm pretty sure there is no chance he is still alive since I'm the one that snapped his neck."
I turn back to Dan and he shrugs.
"I have no idea what to tell you. That is what he said. I'm heading over there as soon as possible. I'll let you know what I find out."
I nod at him.
"Thank you. Be careful. We don't know if some of the rogues are still lurking out there. We will go talk to the rogues in the holding cells again. Maybe they can shed some light on what is going on."
