Ryan stands from his chair and runs a hand down his face. He looks at me.
"You moved them into the guest quarters? And you made them a deal that you would get a witch to help break the bonds that connect their mates to Ethan in exchange for them trying to convince other rogues to turn against Ethan and help us take him down?"
Ryan turns to look at Jake.
"And you. You just went along with this? What if they betray us? Like Emily did? Do you not remember what happened with her?"
Jake leans back in his chair, and crosses his arms across his chest.
