Clara’s POV
Johannes was away for 5 days leaving me in charge of the yard. The horses were having a break from riding, although Johannes said I was free to ride Prince as much as I liked and Ace was mine to do what I liked with… which still didn’t feel real!
The first day went without a hitch, it was a struggle for time with college as well but mainly it just felt a little lonely without Johannes. The next day was the same in the morning, but then as I got to the train station to get back to the yard after college there’d been an incident and the trains were delayed for hours. I cursed under my breath.
