THIRD PERSON POV

"Punch it harder, Miyoung!" Mr Jang said in encouragement.

Miyoung punched the punching bag harder and Mr Jang smile like a proud father.

"Good." He complimented and patted her shoulder.

For once, Miyoung felt as if her father had been brought back to life.

Miyoung was busy punching the punching bag when suddenly she saw a figure of an

unfamiliar guy walked at behind her.

"Oh, Miyoung! Look who came to see you!" Mr Jang squealed excitedly.

His girly attitude never fails to impress Miyoung every time.

She turned her head and saw a sexy tanned guy.

He's 6 feet tall with a muscular and well build body.

"Hi, Miyoung." He smiled and his deep, large dimples formed on both sides of his cheeks.

"I'm Jang Hyunsik." He said and extended his hands for handshakes which Miyoung accept

it gladly.

She stared at Hyunsik and something clicked on her mind.

Jang.

His last name is Jang.

Which is the same with Mr Jang.

Are they related..

She looked at Hyunsik then to Mr Jang then back to Hyunsik.

"Oh, no! I'm not this old man's son." Hyunsik exclaimed with a chuckle.

"I'm not old, you rude human." Mr Jang said with his hands on his waist.

"As if you're not a human too." Hyunsik retorted.

"Oh, my. This kid always get to my nerves. I think he is your long lost brother, Miyoung." Mr

Jang said.

Miyoung cringed when she heard the word 'brother'.

But her lips managed to curls into a smile when she heard the word 'human'.

"You're a human too?" Miyoung asked.

"Yes." Hyunsik smiled.

So, now she have two normal human friends in this abnormal world.

Great.

"I want you to train her, Hyunsik." Mr Jang said, pointing to Miyoung.

"Like what?" Hyunsik asked, crossing his muscular arms.

Miyoung couldn't help but to stare at his big muscles on his arms.

"You want me to train her like a guy should be trained?" Hyunsik asked and Miyoung come

back to her senses.

Her eyes instantly widened.

"Yes, she could be stronger. Heck, strongest human girl in here even though she's the only

human girl." Mr Jang said.

Miyoung imagined Hyunsik flashes his wicked smile while ordering her to run for hundreds

laps around the forest with thousands of sit up.

"I had Sehun." Miyoung blurted.

Hoping Mr Jang will just let go of the subject.

"What?" Mr Jang asked.

"Sehun is currently training me." Miyoung said nervously.

"Is that so?! That's great!" Mr Jang said and clasped his hand in excitement.

"OH SEHUN!!" Mr Jang shouted until the forest turns into eerie silence and Miyoung slapped

her forehead while she muttered incoherent words.

"What?" Sehun groaned, his head turned towards their direction.

Miyoung's jaw nearly dropped when she saw Sehun wasn't wearing any shirt.

She could clearly see the lines of his perfect abs carved on his well- sculptured body.

His shoulder blade looks so sharp that she thought it could make her fingers bleed if she run

her fingers on it.

Sehun saw that Miyoung stared at him and Miyoung noticed that too.

'Crap. Crap. Crap!' Miyoung thought.

'Turn your head, Miyoung.

Turn your head!'

Before Miyoung could turns her head, she saw his lips curls into a mischievous smirk.

You're so dead, Miyoung; Miyoung cried.

"Take and train her, now!" Mr Jang ordered to Sehun.

'No!' Miyoung want to shout but she didn't found her voice.

"Hey, Sehun!" Hyunsik greeted with a small wave and Sehun nodded in respect.

Sehun use his index finger to gestures Miyoung to come closer.

She kept her head down and clawed her palm nervously as she made her way to Sehun.

Once she was next to Sehun, he take a step forward to her.

Miyoung's legs froze as she let Sehun hovered her with his incredible height.

"Like what you see?" He whispered and her cheeks turns red in embarrassment.

Crap.

Who didn't like it?! Oh shut up!

Miyoung thought to herself

Miyoung's eyebrows scrunched in response and she was brave enough to look straight into

his eyes.

"I had seen better." Miyoung said and pushed his chest using her index finger, hoping she

did hurt his pride.

Oh my God! His chest was as hard as a wall.

"Hey, there's no way that you have seen better body! This body had been sculptured

specially by God!" Sehun argued.

"There is one, he is Pietro Boselli and he was a mathematics teacher." Miyoung said

dreamily and started to imagine the perfect figure of her favorite model after seeing him in

her f*******:'s timeline.

Oh, how she wonder if that guy could be hers.

"Now, go run for 10 laps!" Sehun ordered as he let out a low growl and Miyoung snapped

from her daydream.

Now, she was hoping Hyunsik was her coach.

"Joonmyun hyung, lead her the way!" Sehun shouted to Joonmyun who was busy running by

himself.

"Go." Sehun pushed Miyoung and she was forced to run towards Joonmyun.

Miyoung don't like Joonmyun's behaviour towards her.

He was pretty cold towards her and she don't like it.

She prefer Baekhyun, Chanyeol or even Jongin even though they flirts a lot.

"So, you want to run or jog?" Joonmyun asked.

Miyoung scoffed.

Did I look that weak? ; She thought.

"Run. The word jogging is never in my dictionary." Miyoung said arrogantly.

"Okay." Joonmyun replied emotionlessly before he dashed off.

Miyoung was shocked but she immediately run, trailing behind Joonmyun.

While she was running for another minutes, Joonmyun's figure left out from her view.

“Where the hell did that guy go?”

She stopped on her tracks.

She spun around and her mind started to spin too.

Now she couldn't identify which direction she came from because all the trees look the

same.

Suddenly, she heard a rustling noise.

She saw the same girl in white was staring at her from far.

Without a noise, a hand clamped over her mouth and a muffle scream escaped from her lips.

Sehun was tapping his finger on a trunk, impatiently, waiting for both Joonmyun and

Miyoung to come back.

It was Mr Jang's old, yellow jeep and Sehun left a few dent on the jeep by just tapping on it.

After a few minutes, Sehun saw Joonmyun was running by himself, alone.

"Joonmyun hyung, where is Miyoung?" Sehun asked.

"I thought she was just behind me." Joonmyun blinked.

Both of them was about to find Miyoung but they saw Miyoung walking next to Baekhyun.

"Finding this pup?" Baekhyun asked and Miyoung hissed at her nickname from Baekhyun.

"Where did you found her?" Sehun asked.

"780 m to west. You sure brought her run too far and plus she bite my hand because I

clamped her mouth." Baekhyun sulked.

"That's your fault for clamping her mouth." Joonmyun shook his head and Miyoung nodded

to his words.

"You know we can't scream inside the forest, when it near the fence. It's the rules that had

been set up by Kyungsoo." Baekhyun said before he left.

"You always do something else rather than following my commands. Why didn't you follow

Joonmyun from behind?" Sehun asked and crossing his arms.

"I just lose him from my sight." Miyoung answered.

"Next time, I don't want any excuses. You're going to train very hard and nothing could stop

it."

"Shoot that bird, Chanyeol!" Mr Jang shouted in excitement.

It was already passed 6 PM but the class still proceed.

Chanyeol aimed his gun towards the bird and shoot confidently.

But the bird's senses were higher and he missed it.

"Aishhhh, I said the bird not the air." Mr Jang said in disappointment.

Miyoung was exhausted after Sehun made her run for another 10 full laps and made her kick

and punch the punching bag for thousandths times.

She plopped and leaned against a tree and watched as Chanyeol tried to shoot the bird.

"Hey, I did the best, okay?! Stop nagging you old, tiny human." Chanyeol spat.

"Now you want to said I am TINY?!" Mr Jang asked, he put both of his hands on his waist.

He lifted his chin to look at Chanyeol.

He is tiny.

Miyoung chuckled when she recalled that Hyunsik called Mr Jang as an old man and now

Chanyeol is calling him tiny.

"You're about my height, Mr Jang." Miyoung blurted.

"Dear God, please punish them for me." He prayed while closing his eyes and take a deep

breath to calm himself.

"Mr Jang, I think I could shoot something very accurately." Chanyeol said in a mischievous

way and Mr Jang looks at him in excitement.

Miyoung know Chanyeol planned something.

"Don't say about the tree." Mr Jang said in warning tone and Chanyeol shook his head.

"No, I won't say about the tree." Chanyeol said.

"Then, what?" Mr Jang asked in excited.

"I think I could shoot straight to Miyoung's heart and stole it." Chanyeol said with a wink to

Miyoung, aiming the gun to her playfully.

"Cia cia cia!" Baekhyun laughed.

Miyoung was exhausted and not in the mood to play along so she threw an average sized

rock which knock Chanyeol's head, hardly.

"Hey, woman! That's hurts." Chanyeol hissed in pain.

"Okay, students! Stop playing around and listen to me!" Mr Jang shouted.

All of the students gathered around Mr Jang and listened to him attentively.

"It is 6.45 PM now and I'm going to give you some briefing about your game for tonight." Mr

Jang said.

Everyone seems excited except for the grumpy Miyoung.

"First of all, I want you to form a team consists of 8 people. That's means I want at least 4

teams in front of me." Mr Jang said.

"Now choose your team." Mr Jang added.

Miyoung stand up from her sitting position in case any group wants her.

She knew she'll get into one of the group because Mr Jang won't let her do it alone.

"Miyoung, get into EXO's team. They didn't have enough team partners." Mr Jang said.

"We had enough." Kyungsoo gritted his teeth.

"No, take Miyoung with you, EXO. Don't be so proud of yourself." Mr Jang said sternly and

Kyungsoo hadn't any choice but to let her in the group.

"Now, I'll give a piece of clothes. It acts as a blindfold. You must choose someone to be

blindfolded. Remember, this game is about meeting your greatest fear so I suggest you to

blindfolded the person who seems the weakest in this mental battle." Mr Jang said.

"You should." Sehun said to Miyoung and her eyes twitched in irritation.

"This game will contains 3 checkpoints. Checkpoint 1 is Killer Bridge. Checkpoint 2 is Hiker

Mountain. Checkpoint 3 is Dark World. Remember that you must find something from the

prince of darkness on the last checkpoint." Mr Jang said.

"The clue is 'which of my body parts had the darkest side?'" Mr Jang added and everyone

began to murmur, thinking of an answer.

"Anyway, special thanks to Ms Kim Juhyun and Mr Jang Hyunsik who volunteered and

finished the route in one piece and healthy." Mr Jang said with Hyunsik standing next to him,

smiling proudly.

"So, don't worry everyone. Both of them could pass this test easily. So, why not you?" Mr

Jang asked and Miyoung just sighed.

"Kyungsoo will explain the rules in the forest." Mr Jang said and Kyungsoo stand next to him.

"The rules are, light must be used in the minimum and only be used for you to find way out.

Second, no screaming inside the forest. Third, don't harm any monsters except when

needed. Fourth, don't talk when it is not needed." Kyungsoo stated.

"So, let's proceed to our activity." Mr Jang said, clapping his for 3 times.

Out of sudden, a cold breeze hit all of the students softly and all of them fell down to the

ground, into a deep slumber.

Joonmyun groaned once he woke up.

He saw his teammates lying on the ground in a circular pattern.

He realised that they were near the fence. The fence that separated them from the

dangerous world of the magnificent monster.

Joonmyun's face looks determined.

The game had started and the other groups weren't here, they probably had started.

Joonmyun wants to win.

He took the piece of clothes that Mr Jang gave earlier and tied it to Miyoung's eyes.

She groaned but didn't wake up.

Joonmyun wake them up with just a single touch.

All of them were on high alerted except for Miyoung.

"Miyoung, wake up." Sehun shakes her while the others stand up.

Miyoung woke up after a few minutes.

"Why it is so dark?" Miyoung asked, her voice wavered.

"We blindfolded your eyes." Jongin said bluntly.

"Untie it back." Miyoung said, her hands already reaching for the blindfolds.

"No!" Baekhyun said.

"Don't untie it, you wouldn't want to see any of it." Sehun said and holds her hands.

"But couldn't see anything is worse than you can see all of it." Miyoung said.

"Let's move. Every group had started without us." Joonmyun said.

"I am the leader of this team and she had also become my responsibility so I'll hold her."

Joonmyun offered and they nodded.

"Hold my hands tightly, Miyoung. Never let go of my hands and don't open your blindfolds

until we did it for you." Joonmyun said and Miyoung gulped.

Now she just knew how serious this thing turns.

The door of the fence opened up once they are near enough like an automatic door.

They walked pass through it.

Baekhyun leads the way by using his tiny bluish orbs of lights to find the way to the

checkpoint.

He also lighten the pathway on the grass to minimise the amount of light used.

15 minutes later, they finally saw the signboard.

Killer Bridge.

Suddenly, a scream erupted before they heard a person fall into lake and the forest turned

back to eerie silent.

Miyoung's grip on Joonmyun tightened.

Everything kept worrying Miyoung.

She felt her heart was about to explode.

What was in front of her?

What was on her back and sides?

What if she missed her step and tripped?

They walked towards the bridge.

Baekhyun was still leading the team with Kyungsoo on his back and Chanyeol guarding the

team from back.

Baekhyun and Chanyeol were confident for the test because they had passed this test 2

years ago in the different parts of the forest.

A lady around mid 20's was standing at the end of bridge and was humming a song softly.

They knew the lady very well.

She is known as white lady or Dames Blanches.

She was described as a lady in white who'll only let gentlemen cross the bridge.

She was wearing white dress that smeared with some dirt and have a sweet smile formed on

her lips.

It was hard to guess whether she is a fallen angel or a mischievous mythical creature.

"May I have the dance with you?" The lady asked and Baekhyun nodded.

"Who was talking?" Miyoung whispered.

"Don't speak anything, Miyoung." Joonmyun answered.

"Sure, my lady." Baekhyun answered and hold the lady's icy hands.

The lady smiled and shook her head gently.

"You may cross the bridge." The lady smiled.

Everyone has crossed the bridge, except for Joonmyun and Miyoung.

Joonmyun was worried because he was holding a girl next to him.

He never takes care of a girl.

Mostly because he only used to take his men, EXO out and he knew they can take care of

themselves well.

"Who is this girl, Mister?" The lady asked.

Her question was different from others.

"My friend." Joonmyun answered.

"Why is she blindfolded?" She asked.

"She's not use to the forest." Joonmyun answered bluntly.

"She's a burden, why don't you left her here with me?" She asked and Miyoung's body

started to shakes.

"I won't leave her. She's my responsibility and she's never be a burden to me and my team."

Joonmyun answered and the lady smile widely.

She is very satisfied with his answer.

"You're such a true gentlemen. You may cross the bridge." The lady said.

Joonmyun and Miyoung crossed the bridge with a sigh of relief.

When they looked at the bridge back, the lady wasn't there anymore.

"At least she's beautiful and the task was quite easy." Jongin said.

"We had a lot more waiting." Kyungsoo sighed.

Joonmyun soothe Miyoung's back when he realized she was scared to death.

They walk for about 25 minutes and reached on top of the Hiker Mountain.

Everything was fine but Sehun noticed another unknown shadow on their back.

"Chan." He whispered to get Chanyeol's attention.

Chanyeol turned to his back and his breathe hitched.

His heart thumped violently against his rib cage.

It is Abarimon.

Abarimon lives side by side with animals. They have backwards feet but still able to run at a

great speed.

"Why are you following us?" Chanyeol asked calmly.

"Can I follow you?" He asked innocently.

"No." Chanyeol replied in a firm tone.

"But I want her to be my friend. It's been a long time since I have a girl friend." He said.

"I said no." Kyungsoo growled lowly but he smirked.

"Let see if you still can hide her from me." He giggled.

"Run!" Sehun whispered.

All of them run while Jongin pulled Miyoung away from Joonmyun.

He teleported away from the place with Miyoung.

Miyoung tripped over something and fell down to the small slope meanwhile Jongin

accidentally hit his head on the tree.

"Wait there." Jongin groaned which only make Miyoung whimpered in pain while holding her

head.

"I-I'm scared. Untie this blindfold, please." She pleaded. She want to untie her blindfold by

herself but she was too scared.

"Jongin, where are you?" Joonmyun asked in a loud voice.

"H-here." Jongin muttered. His head was throbbing in pain making his vision becomes blurry.

EXO immediately ran to Jongin's direction.

"Oh my.." Sehun gasped when he saw Miyoung.

"Miyoung, don't move, even an inch." Kyungsoo said in warning tone.

Miyoung heard a low growl next to her and somebody sniffing her scent.

Somehow she hope it was just Husky, but she knew he wouldn't let out a monstrous growl to

her.

Calloused fingers made its way to caressed Miyoung's hair then move to traced her cheeks.

Tears escaped more from Miyoung's eyes.

She never felt so weak like this.

"I'm coming. Don't worry." Sehun said, trying to calm Miyoung as he slowly slides down the

slope to her, hoping the mythical creature won't snap her head.

The mythical creature is Jikininki.

It was known as human eating ghost as its eat human corpses.

Sehun slowly walked to the creature with Baekhyun and Kyungsoo, trailing from behind.

All of them were eyeing the creature cautiously.

"Hurry up!" Miyoung cried.

Suddenly, the creature did something that they didn't expect.

He untie the blindfold and Miyoung's big and puffy eyes looked straight on its terrifying face.

She let out a bloodcurdling scream when the creature hovered her.

The creature moved back but let out a loud, powerful growl.

Baekhyun cursed under his breath as he and others immediately pulled Miyoung's with him

and run away.

The forest seemed as if it turned upside down.

Every mythical monsters becomes active when they heard her scream.

They had an urge to hurt her, to torn her apart.

Chanyeol cursed all along the way while they ran away as Baekhyun panicked and ended up

lighten the forest.

He never felt this panicked and out of idea to save himself.

Hearing the noise of paws chased them from behind, noise of wings flapping at each other,

sounds of snickers that similar to the sound that hyena produced, makes them running faster

than ever.

When Miyoung's legs was about to give up, the winds blew and Miyoung felt as if the wind

slap her back to senses.

She caught Sehun looking at her for a moment before his head turns again.

Her grip on Joonmyun's hand tightened as he did the same too.

Miyoung bit her lip until she tasted metallic blood when her eyes met a pair of red eyes,

watching her from far.

Once the monsters were near enough them, Chanyeol decided to let out the beast out from

him.

He burnt each of the monster with fire while Sehun use his wind power to make the fire

spread easily.

Kyungsoo on the other hand, stomped his left leg until the whole forest shook and created a

hole between the monsters and them.

Before Kyungsoo could cover up the soil, crushing the monsters, they were suddenly being

teleported to other place.

They were already in a spacious room, which they guessed as a ballroom.

The room lit up brightly with Baekhyun's help but suddenly his power stopped working like

somebody had switch off his power.

The place had become dark and quiet.

Miyoung could even heard her own heartbeats.

She was still panting and her each of her muscles burning in pain.

Baekhyun stared at the mirror.

And all of them knew this is what they meant by Dark World for the last checkpoint.

"You know you'll never defeat me, Baekhyun." A guy said as he appeared next to Baekhyun.

Baekhyun's shocked expression turns into hatred.

But the guy's appearance wasn't what everyone had expected.

"Little brother, did cat got your tongue?" The guy asked and Baekhyun let out a ferocious

growl.

The guy looked extremely the same as Baekhyun.

"Who's he?" Miyoung whispered, out of breath.

"My twin brother." The guy answered with a smirk.

"I always had always hate your lights, Baekhyun. It burns my eyes." The guy said with much

hatred.

"Goodbye, Baekhyun." He added with a wicked smile and suddenly Baekhyun was slammed

to the mirror, crashing the mirror into pieces.

Baekhyun's body thrashed violently and his body jerked as soon as his eyes peeked open.

Baekhyun turned his head and saw EXO and Miyoung lying on the floor.

And he also saw Mr Jang walking to him.
