The Meeting

Lucai returned home and told his parents and brother about the encounter he had, and finding his mate. His parents, listened intently, any sign of shock they hud well only showing happiness for their son.With their youngest finding his mate and their eldest showing signs of finding his, they now knew they had to reveal the truth to them.

They did not feel upset about their decision to keep the boys hidden from the truth they jus didn't want them to view them as evil people. Alpha Sean stood, abruptly, disturbing the story of his son. Even tho excited he has found his mate, they now had to deal with revealing the truth and meeting Alpha Jacobs sooner rather than later. He embraced his son showing his happiness for him and started to exist his office, his eldest Sebastian did the same with his brother and followed his father. Luna Simone was now left with Lucai to converse.

Alpha Sean POV

I could feel my son bebind me, hot on my trails as I existed the pack house.

"Dad", he said . I was in war with myself I did not want to rush the revealing the truth so soon. I wanted to wait until HE either showed up or we found a trace of him.

"Dad, I'm speaking to you ", he nearly but roared.

"s**t this kid had got to get his s**t together "

" what are you planning on doing, dad. What has you worried"

I turned to face him, looking straight in his eyes, " let's go for a run and talk ",I say.

We both ran and shifted, entering the forest. My son's wolf Bronx, was huge almost towering over me. My wolf, Alister was also black but not as deep as his with light ocean blue eyes. Bronx, however had jet black, shiny, silky fur and deep blue eyes ..... Even with his coat you could still see that he was in top shape. He was built to rule and that's what I wanted him to do, but with his mate. A mate I knew the human side to my son did not want.

I had my reason for asking him to run, knowing it would be hard to get Sebastian to talk, Bronx on the other hand would since he's in control. He would speak to me.

My wolf Alister made small talk with Bronx asking him how he felt now that his brother found his mate first. He spoke truthfully and willfully. He felt slightly jealous but he's happy for him. I wolf nod, as we continued to run through the dense forest. We came to a trot as we reached the river. We sat and rested or heads on our paws.

Bronx was lost in thought, and I decide to to tell him the reason for my uneasiness. There's a secret we have been keeping. Bronx looked at me, I lifted my head and continued. We were close friends Alpha Jacobs and I but we just drifted. We have a common enemy. The two packs were one but we split it after fighting for it. Bronx looked skeptic butI wasn't ready to give him the full truth. After resting and talking a little while longer we headed back.

We shifted and dressed our selves, from the corner of my eyes I could see that he was deep in thought still. I patted his shoulder and he let out a heavy sigh.

" I'll link the pack and let them know we are having a meeting later ", I said.

As we headed to the pack house, Lucai was out the front talking with Jake, Jason and Jord. Jake was my betas son.

I left the boys outside to go and make the announcement.

Sebastians POV

After the talk with my dad, I felt weird, upset he was still holding out on the truth. I saw he wasnt fully happy about my brothers mate. I stood there listening the my brother telling our friends about his mate and how beautiful and witty and strong she was. I listened intently as they spoke and I remembered the convo with my mom. She said it meant my mate was near. My encounter and my brother's seemed different and I wondered was it because I was to lead, I was the Alpha to be.

My brother noticed my absent mind and called out to me. I was brought out my thoughts and I smiled and brought him in for a brotherly hug. I pushed my thoughts far behind in my mind and just focused on my brother and his happiness. While we were all there chatting about whatever, we heard the voice of my mom the Luna announcing the meeting would be in 5 mins and we should link as many as we could and tell them to link as many as they could too. Letting tbem know, that it was an urgent matter all were to be in attendance. As the news spread we could see all moving to the big square behind the pack house that was used for meetings.

My brother and I and our friends wasted no time in getting to the venue. On arrival our dad and mom were in the middle of the grounds where a big bone fire was.

My dad stood looking as all members of his pack gathered. Old and young, male and female, babies everyone. He gestured to my brother and I to join them. Once there he started.

"Good evening everyone" he said. They all greeted their Alpha and he continued. "I know you all are wondering what us the urgency of this meeting so I will get on with it". He turned and looked at me and Lucai. "You all know Lucai and Sebastian, my sons. Well Lucai is now mated to Silver Moons Betas daughter". Eyes widened like saucers and whispers were spread like wild fire. The pack looked on in bewilderment.

"I know you all are surprise but this could be the start of a new alliance, after all we aren't really enemies".

Hushed tones were still heard. My father silenced every one to make yet another announcement.

" I alpha Sean will be handing over the pack to my eldest son in a month time."

My friends Jake and Jord and Jason started cheering which resulted in all the other pack members cheering. I couldn't believe what my dad was saying he didn't discuss this with neither my brother nor I.

Something is really up with this man.... and I'm going to find out
