Adonis still hadn't gotten over the incident with Louis and Ishtar, and he couldn't understand why he was so bothered by it. It wasn't like he had any interest in her, he thought to himself.
"Are you sure you don't like her?" Alphious teased, clearly amused by Adonis' agitation over a woman.
"No, I don't like her. We don't see eye to eye. That woman is so arrogant and annoying," Adonis said aloud, his voice resounding in his car as if to assure himself that he really doesn't like her.
He brought the car to a stop in the parking lot of the training house. As he stepped out, the small figure of Ryan ran up to him and engulfed him in a hug. He was taken aback by the gesture, but as always, it soothed his anger away.
