“PEARL didn’t break up with me even when she was already f*****g the new pilot. I don’t even know when or if she plans to tell me. Anyway, she and her new pilot boyfriend were caught by the girls in the bathroom. The news spread like wildfire. She need to save face so she told everyone we’ve broken up even before she got involve with the pilot. Told everyone I’m not really a good boyfriend and don’t take care of her needs. I let her spread that news but people around us doesn’t really believe it aside from her friends.”
I frowned. I was starting to get irritated by this woman but I had to control myself. “So why did she keep on calling you? Why did she suddenly appear here in Pigalle and acted like you’ve never broken up?”
Hosea sighed. “She wanted to get back together with me.”
