RICHARD didn’t join us the whole day because he wanted to stroll in Montmartre alone to take photos. It is his hobby and when he is in photographer mode he doesn’t like company. He did join us in Mon Amour that night though. He wanted to go to the club and “find a one-night-stand because I am not stupid like the two of you who already decided on one fling for the duration of our vacation” – that was what he said, verbatim. Andrei and I didn’t even get offended and just grinned at him.
Joy and Bella were on their apartment on the second floor of the building. Andrei, Richard and I were waiting for them as we sat in a table outside the bar and restaurant owned by Joy’s father and step-mother. Just like the previous night the place is already filled with people.
