Dupont was busily unbolting a loose part from a car wheel axle. Renowned as an expert mechanic, he had converted to mechanics after working as a truck driver for over a decade. He was more at ease in this role surrounded by people than on his own in a ten-wheeler. As a result, he had chosen not to renew his driver’s license for years. Instead, he relied on cabs and Uber services. Otherwise, he rode his beautiful hybrid electric bike to get some exercise along the way.
