Chapter 5
When Kendall arrived that afternoon I rushed off to meet Elizabeth. I was hopeful about the two sites she had to show me. If I loved either of them I would happily find an apartment to rent that was nearby. I would prefer to live in an attached apartment like I already did, but in the time crunch I was under I couldn’t be as particular as I’d been when selecting the original Bite Me! site.
When I pulled up in front of the first site, I was mildly interested. It was in a good area of town, on Icy Lane down the street from Sweet & Sassy and Thai This. There was pretty good foot traffic in the area and it could work. If the inside worked as well as the outside, it could be a very good candidate.
