It has been a week since we got here, but could we really stay here?was it safe in this village? i wondered for i felt something fishy with the people in the village, for one they were not vampires nor wolves for i did not smell blood on them but also they were no humans, humans could not even last for a week around this parts.I thought long and hard because i noticed earlier as we walked to the ponds me and brendah, the villagers looked at us with faces filled with bad intentions, their faces choked me when i turned to look at them.Brendah looked off too she looked like she was also suspicious of the people we were living among.But if they wanted to harm us they would have done that earlier why wait till now."Namir, i have wanting to talk to you about something that is bothering me about this village, something is off and i can feel it, this place is not only creepy but also looks abit scarly" brendah's face looked like crap when she said that, it meant she was serious and she was also very unconfortable with the place.We has to leave and soon.

I know you all asking how we got at the village at the first place, well, as we walked through the forest enjoying the cool fresh air and a the breeze from trees, we saw someone being chased by Tiger in the hoods and it looked like she had failed to shake it off her tail and so we offered to help, we did not require to transform for a small fight with a tiger, i just timed it and crushed it on a tree so hard that it died.The young girl with green eyes thanked us and in return she took us in her village where she introduced us to the chief of the village who happened to be her father.The chief accepted us and even arranged a feast for us as new members and for saving his daughter. Something was off with the from the word go, she had green eyes which meaned that she was a witch and witches do not get along with wolves, but we were so tired and desperate so we did not even bother.Every single person in the village had green eyes meaning they were witches.And they hated us, wolfs since the early days.

The witches feared only the pureblood or the angel of death who was said to be one thousand times than them and also stronger than then, they identified the angel of death with light blue eyes like those of brendah, white hair and was a vampire.The witches also feared the dark prince or the black wolf who was said to be 20000 times as strong as the Pureblood and was the ruller of their world, the two were king and Queen of the dark world but they had nothing to fear for they king and the queen were said to have gone extinct long time ago and no one had ever come across one in 600 years or so."yeah i agree with you brendah something is off and i don't like it, the half breed after us and now the damn creepy village, what a hell for a day...we need to get out of here and keep moving so that also to shake the vamps"i confirmed my fears to brendah to.As we talked there watching the sunset as it approached, news got to the chief that the vampires have been spotted roaming around the village."i did not know they can actually talk to birds, damn that's cool don't you think so brends"i expected for the same from her but it seemed she was anxtious.

All of us knew that vampires are stronger during the night and in the dark and even more cruel so we paniced, no ideas to get us out of the village and out of the trouble brought by the vampires, we knew we were screwed if we got caught.As brendah sat in her room and everyone was in bed, i moved out to go to the place where i heard the crowls report they had seen the vamps, when i got to the place i was lucky to meet the six heavy built bodies seated enjoying a fresh kill."what the heck do you want from us? i will make you deal to leave out of this place having broken some bones or i will just have to burry your corps where you're seated"they stared at each other and picked the second option, they thought of me as an ordinary wolf, and if i was still there were no match for a wolf.I knew i was stronger than them and also bigger if i transformed, and so i transformed myself to a big black wolf with red eyes, but instead of them fighting, they knelt and appologised, i didn't get it, why would vamps with all the pride they have knell before me a mere kid?

That is when brendah who had closely followed me and who was watching from a distance showed herself"see, i told you you were the most feared and greatest of our kind now do you believe me?You're the king of our world accept your place and regain it for our future"brendah said."You can start by standing and go to your leader and inform him of what you have seen and tell him that am taking my place that he has been playing around with for so many years ok?".i instructed the vamps though i wasn't ready at all to face anyone for a battle."Yes your highness we will do as you instructed"they said in unison as they left.

"We have one problem still, the witches if they get to know about you they will try to kill you so as to acquire you powers and place in the position in the thrown". Brendah warned as i shifted back to my human form and wore my t-shirt back and trousers.I caught a new scent that came from a tree at a distance from us, while we looked that way, we saw a man running towards the village and we could not allow him to go inform the other witches about me." what should we do?"i asked worriedly and looking disappointed.
