"Okay, I'm sure someone is behind these, trying to bring you down."
The agent nodded, "I knew, but who the hell is he?"
Sheila had finished her game and put away her phone. She quietly listened to the two talking without disturbing them.
Then, Renee smiled as she looked at her, asking, "Sheila, what's your opinion?"
"Me?" Sheila hesitated and then shook her head.
She felt a headache about these so-called conspiracies.
She had early on heard that the entertainment circle was messy but didn't expect herself to drown in it now.
Renee asked a different question. "Have you offended anyone recently?"
"Yes."
Sheila answered quickly. Just as Renee was waiting for her to list all those she had offended, Sheila asked in reply.
"Which one?"
