Madeeha stared at Ruman shockingly and everybody else laughed.
"You scared her!" Humairah joked and this time Madeeha too laughed a bit and Ruman raised his eyebrow at her.
"No, I'll go with Aksa!" Madeeha declared and everybody laughed at how cleverly she dealt with him.
"Enough of the jokes now, Madeeha come, I'll show you your room," Humairah said helping Madeeha walk to her new room.
"Don't worry, Ruman is a good person and also a very good companion. He will never hurt you, nor will he ever touch you without your permission." Humairah said as they walked to Ruman's room. She sensed the tension in Madeeha's eyes. She knew how it feels to marry a stranger and suddenly share the same room with a person, you didn't know a day before.
"What happened? Don't want to talk?" She asked Mad
