Chapter eight

Andrew's pov.

In the cart, Akanji watches me closely, noticeably enough for me to figure out and ask. "Why are you watching me?"

He gives me an unknowing eyes. Oh, no! He knows me better than that. He can't defend the fact that I had caught me just fine.

"Nothing." He manages to speak as much as much seemingly innocent as he could. I don't look at him, but outside, through the window, the dark forest on the side of the silent road seems like a black board from here. "Just that you've changed. This wasn't the person that came to my Kingdom few days ago." 

I exhale, tired of hearing those words of Andrew-has-changed stuff. Is it so bad not to want to be who you were anymore? It feels so good as I'm no more concealing my emotions. Sooner than later, I'll burst from the inside once my kept emotions is filled. "Just focus on the mission, Akanji. And this is not a person, this is a Vampire. The King of all Vampire." My tone leaves no room for arguments. He nods and stop it there. I am glad.

Our cart stops metres away from reaching the hill, below a shielding rock that Moko made. Once they are gone, we run to a side of the hill.

Lin and Moko gives us a nod, before they leave to fight off the guard at the frontier. I give a gesturing motion with my fingers for Clark and Akanji to follow behind me as we use our claws to climb the rock, and getting to the top of it, we peep down the hill, at the other side to see the Werewolf camp. The camp site is small, and of few Werewolves. If we kill them all then, it will send a viral message that will surely reach the Alpha of all Werewolves' alphas that we see ready to strike them back so hard in the butt.

I feel a sensation in my mental state, and quickly, I figured it's Lin. He must have a message for me, which he wants to mind-link across. I notice that he's mind-linking all of us. "Guys, plan's changed. Moko and I just learnt that there's a gamma with them, and it's not just any gamma, it's the Alpha's gamma, the head of all other packs gamma. He must have came here on not so long ago." 

As Lin says, I smirk, feeling my monster pick at his throbbing fangs, ready to suck into that gamma's neck. I've been craving for a strict fight, and this gamma, this powerful gamma of the Alpha of all Werewolves' alpha should be able to give me that so enticing fight.

"Yes, plan's changed. Moko, Lin, both of you will come back here, and we'll wait till the guards relax and the camp goes to sleep." I look down at the crowds of Werewolves, chatting amongst each other, while there are some, rounding a bonfire, not knowing that their death is near. Such tragedy. It arouses me. My monster will like to near his c**k near some Werewolves' core as we drain her dry. "Once it's this time for the attack, I'll tell. And no, we are not killing only the gamma. We are going to kill everyone of them." Finishing, I hear the shocking gasp.from Lin, through the link, but it soon turns into a smirk. He's always been dying for the time when I'll go cold on this creatures, and i guess he could consider himself winning the jackpot tonight. 

Out of the five of us, Akanji is the only one whom I feel a repulsion from. 

"But, how will we be able to tame our hunger till then. The nocturnal will have activated by then, and we don't even bring any blood to satisfy the buds." He's think it through, but I have everything covered. 

I am smirking as I explain, feeling all elated. "I can help tame the rage till then."

Akanji gasp, knowing what it means. "We will be uncontrollable."

I nod, "yes, you won't have any other choice. No back out." I say, and squint as I watch those filthy creatures down below. Moko and Lin are already coming back to join us, where we would stay till the right time of attack.

I know that by then, the suppression of the rage will have been too overwhelming that once I release it to them, by removing it from under-wrap, then, none of them will have a choice than to feed because the beast will be at full thirst and an unrelenting urge to feed. It used to happen sometimes that when a Vampire immerses their night thirst for too long, they could even feed from another Vampire as they will only thrive for that blood, any blood.
