For a second, Mirabelle forgot to be all professional and beamed at the smartly dressed older gentleman seated in front of her desk. She hadn’t thought she would ever hear those words spoken to her, especially in a very legal business, but there they were. Unable to hide her excitement, she eagerly extended her hand toward the man for a shake.
